How We Work With Buyers
If you're buying a home, you've come to the right place. Our team of knowledgeable agents is ready to help you find the place that is just right for you. We sit down with you to create a complete picture of all of your needs and desires, both short and long term from which we construct your buying strategy.

The Initial Consultation takes approximately an hour. We use this time to get to know each other, go over our Buyer's Program, and handbook with you; lay a foundation by giving you an overview of the process, and establish the criteria for your property search.

The next critical step is connecting you with a mortgage lender who can help you get pre-approved for a mortgage and discuss your different financing options. Pre-approval is necessary to be in a position to act as soon as we find the right house. If you don't know already have a relationship with a lender there are several you can choose one from in our Network, depending on your situation.

While you are working with the lender to get a pre-approval, we set up your property search in multiple search engines. Each morning you will be automatically emailed the new listings that come on the market which match the criteria we have established.

Now comes the exciting part, touring houses. On average our clients view 6-10 homes before discovering the perfect fit.

But finding the house is only the beginning. Then comes the process of writing an offer, negotiating a sale price, performing the inspections, removing contingencies, clearing the title and finally arriving at closing.

During this whole process we are so confident you'll be satisfied with our commitment to customer service we offer you our Cancellation Guarantee.
